Shipping Policies

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordered items will ship once available. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

STOLEN & LOST PARCELS

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties & taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

UNCOLLECTED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned due to being uncollected or incorrect address may incur additional re-shipping charges.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been dispatched.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days - what should I do?

International shipments can sometimes have gaps in tracking updates, particularly during customs processing. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please reach out and we'll investigate.

Will I have to pay any extra fees on arrival?

Yes, depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

My country isn't listed - can I still order?
